Parks Maintenance Supervisor

About the Role

This role involves providing supervision and logistics support to a team of Parks Maintenance Technicians. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities while ensuring high standards of quality and safety are met.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support operational personnel and volunteers
• Plan and schedule maintenance work within assigned region
• Coordinate construction and maintenance activities for parks and trails
• Ensure work quality and prepare daily activity reports
• Perform snow removal and supervise weekend crews
• Recommend improvements for working conditions and equipment usage

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Three years of experience in open space management or parks maintenance
• Valid Colorado Driver's License
• Valid Colorado Class B CDL or ability to obtain within six months
• Knowledge of chemical properties and safe handling
