Sr. HVAC Technician / HVAC Technician

About the Role

The Sr. HVAC Technician will diagnose HVAC equipment failures and perform preventative maintenance. This position requires the ability to handle repairs on complex HVAC systems and ensure they are functioning efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis of HVAC equipment failures.
• Performs all HVAC equipment preventative maintenance.
• Performs repairs on HVAC equipment, including boilers, air handlers, DX systems, chillers.
• Installs HVAC and building automation systems and equipment.
• Responds to and investigates complaints of malfunctioning building comfort control equipment.
• Performs building automation preventative maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three (3) years of professional journey-level HVAC experience.
• Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License upon hire.
• Must possess an EPA approved Federal Refrigerant II certification.
• Five (5) years of professional HVAC experience for Senior HVAC Technician.
