HVAC Technician / Sr. HVAC Technician - Justice Center

About the Role

This position is located at the Justice Center and involves diagnosis and repair of HVAC equipment. Compensation is based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis of HVAC equipment failures.
• Performs all HVAC equipment preventative maintenance.
• Performs repairs on HVAC equipment, including boilers, air handlers, DX systems, and chillers.
• Installs HVAC and building automation systems and equipment.
• Responds to and investigates complaints of malfunctioning building comfort control equipment.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three years of professional journey-level HVAC experience.
• Must possess a valid Colorado Driver’s License upon hire.
• Must possess an EPA approved Federal Refrigerant II certification.
• Senior HVAC Technician must possess a Federal Universal Refrigeration License.
