Surgical Services Coordinator

About the Role

As a Surgical Services Coordinator, you will lead and support daily operations during your designated shift, ensuring both patient care and staff needs are met. You will also participate in staff selection and ongoing performance evaluation, while managing supply usage to maintain cost-effective operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, support, and coordination of unit’s daily operations during designated shift.
• Directs, organizes, and prioritizes shift activities to ensure patient care standards are met.
• Participates in the interviewing and selection process for new staff members.
• Resolves patient complaints and issues impacting care quality.

Requirements

• Associate's of Nursing (Required)
• Minimum of 2 years of OR/Surgery Room experience (Required)
• Registered Nurse License (Required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Certification (Required)
