Certified Nursing Assistant - Float Pool

About the Role

As a Certified Nursing Assistant in our Float Pool, you will support residents in all aspects of daily living, ensuring their physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs are met. You will work closely with the clinical team to implement personalized care plans and foster a sense of comfort and companionship among residents.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living
• Implement personal care plans focused on individual strengths and preferences
• Provide assistance with resident activities and programs
• Collaborate with clinical staff to address residents' needs promptly

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience
• Current Colorado CNA certification
• Must have QMAP Certification
• Current CPR certification is preferred
• Basic computer skills required
