About the Role

As an RN in the ICU, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and implement individualized care plans. This role involves administering treatments and educating patients and families about health conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient requirements.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of ICU experience required.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Effective communication and organizational skills needed.
