Phlebotomy Technician PRN

About the Role

As a Phlebotomy Technician PRN, you will ensure quality collection and processing of specimens. This role involves training new associates and maintaining communication for continuity of laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform venous and capillary specimen collection.
• Ensure quality collection of specimens with appropriate identification.
• Process and distribute samples to testing areas.
• Participate in training and orientation for new associates.
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding laboratory results.
• Maintain communication and teamwork within the laboratory.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• Completion of a phlebotomy program.
• Experience in phlebotomy work is preferred.
• Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician is preferred.
