About the Role

As a Pharmacy Technician II, you will execute core pharmacy technician duties proficiently under pharmacist supervision. Your role includes medication dispensing, preparation, and ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Dispense and manage medications accurately.
• Compound sterile medications under aseptic conditions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and manage controlled substances.
• Participate in quality improvement efforts within the pharmacy.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff and healthcare providers.
• Support training and mentorship of peers.

Requirements

• High School Graduation or equivalent.
• Active State Pharmacy Technician registration.
• 1+ years of contemporary hospital pharmacy experience.
• Registered or Licensed Pharmacy Technician (RPhT).
