About the Role

In this role, you will provide comprehensive nursing care in a dynamic environment focusing on patient wellness and evidence-based practices. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to achieving exceptional healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide top of scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Model proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and UCHealth
• Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care
• Deliver direct care in an ICU or PCU setting
• Prioritize a patient perspective and evidence-based practice
• Welcome new knowledge in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.

Requirements

• CO RN license or eNLC privileges
• 1-year experience
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
