Operating Room Registered Nurse RN

About the Role

As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and monitor patient progress for optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and needs through comprehensive evaluations.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely according to prescribed protocols.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities meticulously to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Requirements

• Associate’s of Nursing (Required)
• 1+ year medical surgical experience (Required)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating compassion and respect to patients and families (Required)
• Ability to communicate effectively (Required)
• Must be proficient in English (Required)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – Required.
