Occupational Therapist PRN

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients. Your role will also include educating patients and caregivers and maintaining clinical competencies through professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Establish and adapt individualized treatment plans.
• Document accurately and completely using measurable terms.
• Train patients and caregivers on discharge recommendations and treatment activities.
• Oversee the care provided by therapy assistants according to regulations.
• Participate in community events to promote health awareness.

Requirements

• Master’s in Occupational Therapy (preferred)
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS)
• Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
