RN Registered Nurse OR Clinical Coordinator FT Days

About the Role

In this role, you will assist in directing, organizing, and prioritizing all shift activities to meet patient care and staff needs. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring safe patient care by maintaining the appropriate staff skill mix and guiding new staff during their onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support for unit operations during designated shifts.
• Direct, organize, and prioritize all shift activities.
• Participate in the interviewing and selection process for new staff.
• Monitor supply usage and costs to ensure fiscal accountability.
• Conduct audits regarding documentation and patient care outcomes.
• Act as a liaison to the multidisciplinary patient care team.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing (Required).
• Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required).
• 1+ years of clinical RN experience (Required).
• Basic Life Support - CPR Certification (BLS) (Required).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
