About the Role

We are hiring a Housekeeper for our gated retirement community, who will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the community. The role involves using specialized equipment for various cleaning tasks and ensuring proper waste disposal.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness of the community through specialized equipment
• Ensuring proper handling and disposal of waste
• Utilizing work orders for room/furniture setups
• Assisting with heavy object movement
• Trashing removal including refuse and recycling
• Maintaining hard floor surfaces

Requirements

• Ability to operate carpet care and floor care equipment
• Flexibility to meet requests from residents
• Ability to work independently as well as a team member
• Prior experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years verifiable licensed driving experience
• History of safe driving as noted through a motor vehicle record check
