Housekeeping Supervisor II

About the Role

In this role, you will ensure a clean and sanitary environment for our residents and staff. You will also prepare daily assignments and supervise the housekeeping staff to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily assignments and schedules for housekeeping staff
• Inspect premises to ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations
• Train new employees and supervise them until fully trained
• Maintain an inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment
• Create and manage cleaning schedules for common areas
• Investigate and resolve housekeeping-related complaints

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping operations
• Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
