About the Role

As the OR Business Manager, you analyze financial trends, prepare reports, and collaborate across departments to support Surgical Services. The role is responsible for ensuring the profitability of service lines and maintaining effective supply chain relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership in building Surgical Services budgets.
• Account for the correlation and expenditure of invoices.
• Analyze financial statement trends and report findings.
• Evaluate reimbursement of hospital programs for profitability.
• Facilitate supply chain relationships for cost-effective supplies.
• Prepare accurate reports and collaborate with departments on projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required (Master's in Accounting or Finance preferred)
• 3+ years of healthcare experience required (5+ preferred)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
