Sales Associate

About the Role

In this position, you'll market the Erickson lifestyle to prospects and analyze business metrics to assess prospect viability and determine the best next steps in the sales and marketing process. Wind Crest is a beautiful 84-acre continuing care retirement community located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, just minutes from Denver.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospects through daily phone sales and meetings.
• Influence prospects with strategic messages and tactics.
• Develop and sustain customer relationships that result in revenue generation.
• Conduct follow-up activities and retention programs.
• Manage the integrity of our Customer Relationship Management database.

Requirements

• Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
• Experience with long sales cycles (12 – 18 months) strongly desired.
• Proven technology skills.
