Instructional Assistant

About the Role

As an Instructional Assistant, you'll support classroom teachers with small group instruction and behavior management. You'll also help supervise lunchroom and playground activities, contributing to a nurturing educational environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to grade-level teachers and students
• Assist in maintaining student records
• Perform supervision duties in the cafeteria and playground
• Collaborate with the SpEd team to provide support to students with IEPs
• Deliver instruction to students
• Provide student progress updates

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Able to work full-time Monday-Friday 7:15 am - 3:45 pm
• Ability to work with students, Kindergarten-8th grade
• General clerical and computer skills
• Positive attitude
