Preventative Maintenance

About the Role

This role involves performing routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems, as well as inspecting all systems and equipment on a regular basis. The Preventative Maintenance Technician will coordinate preventive maintenance activities and maintain necessary records and reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems, such as motor lubrication, filters, pumps, belts, valves, etc.
• Inspect all systems and equipment on a regular basis.
• Make determinations on necessary preventive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities with other trades.
• Make recommendations for purchase of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain necessary records and reports.

Requirements

• High School or Equivalent (Required)
• Backflow Prevention Certification - ASSE
• Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds
• Frequent climbing stairs and ladders
• Strong physical stamina and dexterity
