Teacher - Grade K

About the Role

This position involves planning and delivering instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences. The teacher will support student growth and development while managing classroom behavior and maintaining a conducive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize technology to provide a variety of learning materials for educational activities.
• Plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program.
• Manage student behavior by establishing and enforcing classroom rules.
• Utilize new teaching methods and educational tools for active learning.
• Serve as an integral part of the school community, including student support and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain accurate records of students' progress and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• Teaching License from Colorado Department of Education
• Colorado READ Act designation
