HVAC Techy 3

About the Role

In this role, you will comply with all healthcare and safety regulations while maintaining HVAC systems to ensure operational efficiency. You will also be involved in preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, contributing to the overall functionality of the facility's infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and produce reports.
• Monitor work performed by outside contractors.
• Respond to emergency calls and in-house work orders.
• Troubleshoot and test mechanical machinery and equipment.
• Provide on-the-job skills training to junior staff.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, OR 5+ years of experience.
• 2+ years of healthcare maintenance experience preferred.
• 5+ years of HVAC/R experience required.
• Ability to document records neatly and accurately.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
