General Manager

About the Role

The General Manager oversees daily operations at CV Proper Kitchen & Bar (Champagne Velvet) by Upland Brewing Company in Castle Rock. You will lead the front- and back-of-house teams, drive guest satisfaction and profitability, and set the standard for service at one of Castle Rock's newest restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficiency.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage front- and back-of-house staff.
• Drive guest satisfaction and a high standard of hospitality.
• Monitor financial performance and manage costs and inventory.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.
