Full Time Night RN

About the Role

As a Full Time Night RN at AdventHealth Castle Rock, you conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients. You collaborate with the medical team to coordinate care and participate in ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

• Associate's of Nursing required (Bachelor's preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• 1+ acute care hospital setting experience (Preferred)
