Environmental Services Tech

About the Role

The Environmental Services Tech cleans assigned areas daily to ensure a hygienic environment for patients and staff. The role applies knowledge of infection control and proper cleaning methods using a variety of equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned patient and public areas daily.
• Collect and remove trash and sanitize all surfaces.
• Document all work performed.
• Stock paper items, cleaning solutions, and other supplies as needed.
• Clean and disinfect areas containing bodily fluids per facility standards.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent (Preferred)
• 1+ years in a medical office (Preferred)
• Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills
