Aquatics Supervisor - Programming

About the Role

The Aquatics Supervisor will coordinate and evaluate aquatic programming for participants of all ages and abilities. This role involves administrative, supervisory, and program management tasks to enhance the quality of aquatics services offered by the Town.

Responsibilities

• Organize and evaluate comprehensive aquatic programming.
• Manage swim lesson registration and class schedules.
• Supervise and train part-time aquatics programming staff.
• Oversee competitive swim team operations and communication.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and Town policies.
• Assist with the daily operations of aquatic facilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• At least two years of professional experience in aquatic programming.
• Experience in staff supervision within the aquatic field.
• Valid Colorado Driver's License and certification in CPR and First Aid required.
• Ability to obtain Lifeguard Certification within 30 days of hire.
