About the Role

The Recreation Supervisor oversees various community recreation programs, ensuring they meet the needs of the community. This position involves supervising staff and managing budgets, as well as ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight of community recreation programs.
• Manages Community Recreation program budgets.
• Oversees planning, operations, staffing, and evaluation of events.
• Implements safety and risk management practices.
• Coordinates marketing and promotional efforts for programs.
• Responds to participant inquiries and feedback.

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree in recreation or related field.
• At least two years of progressively responsible experience in community recreation.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver's License issued by the State of Colorado.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.
