A new Thai restaurant is on its way to Castle Rock. Thai Wow lists its upcoming location as 794 S. Perry St., in the Safeway shopping center on Plum Creek, with its website describing the spot as "coming soon." The owners told us on Sept. 16 that they're targeting an opening toward the end of the year. No exact date yet.
Who's behind it
Per Thai Wow's website, the restaurant comes from two friends, self-described as "two besties following their dream" — who previously ran a successful Thai restaurant together in Denver and are now bringing their recipes to Castle Rock, describing them as recipes "we grew up with in Thailand."
What to expect
The restaurant's site emphasizes "Authentic Thai, Made Fresh Daily," with "rich, simmering curries" and "sizzling stir-fries." Spice level is adjustable: "Whether you like it mild or 'Thai hot,' we'll make it just right."
