Parker now has an adopted 2050 Comprehensive Plan. The Parker Town Council unanimously adopted the Parker 2050 Comprehensive Plan on Monday, Sept. 21, 2026, after what the Town describes as "extensive planning and community input."
What the Plan Covers
The Town says the plan provides a long-range vision for how Parker will grow and evolve, with guidance on:
- Land use
- Transportation
- Economic vitality
- Sustainability
- Quality of life
The Town says community input was "at the heart of the process," shaping a plan that it says "reflects what residents value about Parker today and their vision for its future."
