The Highlands Ranch Metro District wants to hear from residents. On Oct. 1, 2026, the District posted an online community survey, asking people to share their thoughts to help guide planning and budget decisions.

The survey is linked from the Metro District's news post at highlandsranch.org and routes to the survey platform Polco. The District's own listing title is "Highlands Ranch Metro District 2026 Citizen Survey - Open to all residents," and it's estimated at about 16 minutes to complete.
The District is also asking people to share the survey link with friends and family "to ensure participation by a wide variety of residents."

Per the Metro District, feedback from the survey "is used by the board of directors and staff for planning and budget related decisions." Results will be posted on the District's website later this year; no specific date has been set.
