About the Role

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients. You will also collaborate with the medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care.

Requirements

• Associate's of Nursing (Required)
• Registered Nurse (RN) Certification (Required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year of Med Surg experience (Required)
• Organizational and multi-tasking skills
