Materials Management Coordinator

About the Role

The Materials Management Coordinator contributes to the company’s mission by ensuring that instruments and supplies are effectively managed. This role includes maintaining accurate records for orders and working collaboratively with team members to support superior patient care.

Responsibilities

• Works with the Regional Materials Manager
• Responsible for center supply expense management
• Maintains levels and controls of supplies and equipment
• Prepares goods for return as appropriate
• Restocks inventory as needed
• Processes accounts payable

Requirements

• Minimum (1) year of experience in a medical office setting
• Minimum (1) year of experience in materials management
• Some accounting/bookkeeping experience helpful
