About the Role

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and implementing treatment plans for patients. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure high standards of care and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical knowledge and deliver evidence-based practices.
• Perform evaluations and set treatment goals for patients.
• Document patient treatment and progress accurately.
• Provide education for patients and caregivers regarding health practices.
• Oversee therapy assistants and support staff during care.
• Participate in departmental quality and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Effective communication skills in written and verbal formats.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with EMR systems.
