Responsibilities

• Prepare for each procedure and/or surgery by ensuring adequate stock and appropriate equipment are available.
• Assist with post-procedure workload, including cleaning the room between procedures and setting up for the next procedure.
• Teach, supervise, and serve as a resource person.
• Rotate to areas other than OR as needed.

Requirements

• Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in the perioperative (OR) setting is required.
