LDRP RN $87.50/hr StaffFlex Contract

About the Role

As an LDRP RN, you'll demonstrate critical thinking skills and provide comprehensive care for patients across labor, delivery, and postpartum. You will collaborate with healthcare teams and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while serving as a patient advocate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough, ongoing assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and staff
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, procedures, and care plans
• Collaborate to promote timely patient placement following hospital policy
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and serve as a patient advocate

Requirements

• 2+ years of labor and delivery/post-partum nursing experience
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
• Associate's of Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred
• Trauma Nurse Course (TNCC) preferred
