Electrocardiogram Technician I

About the Role

In this position, you will conduct specialized electrocardiograms and respond to cardiac emergencies. You'll maintain equipment, document tests, and communicate with patients and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized testing using computer-assisted devices
• Respond immediately to Code Blue situations
• Maintain and review equipment to ensure proper function
• Communicate clearly with patients and team members
• Process patient and department records

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Previous patient care experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification
• Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) preferred
• Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) preferred
