Sr Manager, Financial & Regulatory Reporting

About the Role

The Senior Manager will play a key role in overseeing third-party administrators and supporting the financial reporting team. This position involves leading reporting cycles, authorizing filings, and collaborating closely with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and authorization of funds filings including SEC Forms N-CSR and N-1A.
• Supporting regulatory filings such as SEC Form N-MFP and N-CEN.
• Automating reviews of shareholder reports and financial statements.
• Strategic oversight of third-party fund administrators' regulatory filings preparation.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements within the reporting team.
• Communicating with senior management regarding financial and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (BS in Accounting, Finance, or Economics highly preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of direct experience administering mutual funds.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory filings for mutual funds and ETFs.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
