Marketing Engagement Specialist

About the Role

In this role, you'll work closely with the Head of Internal Branding and various stakeholders to create and execute plans that enhance the Canvas brand across multiple audiences. You'll analyze performance and make informed adjustments that maximize organizational value and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual activation and engagement plans
• Oversee planning and delivery of marketing initiatives
• Create and maintain tracking systems for projects
• Analyze engagement data and recommend strategic adjustments
• Collaborate with various teams to align resources and goals
• Establish standards and processes for engagement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing-related fields
• Minimum of two years of marketing experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing tools
