Manager, Financial & Regulatory Reporting

About the Role

As a Manager in the SEC Reporting team, you will prepare and review financial reporting for the Charles Schwab Corporation and its subsidiaries. Your role is vital in maintaining the accuracy and compliance of regulatory filings and financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review regulatory filings and audited financial statements.
• Research complex reporting matters and identify practical solutions.
• Collaborate with various teams to resolve issues and support disclosures.
• Ensure adherence to evolving accounting and disclosure requirements.
• Improve processes related to financial reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting.
• 5+ years of U.S. accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Recent experience with SEC filings and public-company financial statements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
