Global Security Operations Center Manager

About the Role

This role serves as a key operational leader within the GSOC responsible for maintaining a collaborative team environment. The manager will support both local and remote members, driving operational consistency and ensuring established processes are followed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key support partner to Senior Management in the oversight of the overall GSOC organization.
• Manage the daily operations and activities of the GSOC to ensure continuous and effective workload distribution.
• Ensure GSOC personnel consistently follow established procedures, protocols, and operational standards.
• Monitor the quality, timeliness, and accuracy of security monitoring and incident response activities.
• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support employee development through coaching, mentoring, and training opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a GSOC or related security environment.
• Previous supervisory or management experience in a security operations environment.
• Strong understanding of security operations and incident management procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
