Specialist, Finance Rotation Program

About the Role

This approximately three-year rotational program offers candidates the chance to work in various finance roles, providing oversight and decision support through analysis, forecasting, and reporting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to understand business trends and improve processes while balancing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial oversight and decision support through analysis.
• Support expense and metric forecasts, communicating results to leadership.
• Collaborate with business partners and Finance leadership.
• Analyze financial data and help evaluate performance.
• Recommend improvements for greater efficiency and transparency.
• Balance analytical and transactional responsibilities throughout the rotations.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
• Data analysis skills, including data manipulation and summarization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling best practices.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for translating analysis into insights.
