Participant Services Specialist – Stock Plan Support

About the Role

In this role, you'll engage with stock plan participants and provide guidance on various financial transactions. Your contribution will empower clients to make informed decisions regarding their stock plans.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from stock plan participants.
• Provide clear and empathetic guidance.
• Educate participants on options, restricted stock, and ESPPs.
• Assist with transactions and empower clients to make decisions.
• Participate in structured training to build expertise.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance service quality.
