About the Role

As a Business Consultant at Schwab, you'll help advisory firms improve their sales effectiveness and client acquisition strategies. This role combines consulting, training, and facilitation to drive impactful learning experiences for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales-focused training workshops and consulting to improve business development practices.
  • Partner with firm leadership to implement structured sales disciplines and strategies.
  • Facilitate engaging workshops and training sessions, both virtual and in-person.
  • Design and develop scalable sales training curriculum and learning resources.
  • Drive meaningful client outcomes by ensuring training reflects client goals and delivers measurable impact.
  • Build strong relationships and credibility with advisors and internal partners.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales training, consulting, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong subject matter expertise on sales processes and client acquisition strategies.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering engaging workshops and scalable learning experiences.
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to establish trust and tailor recommendations to client needs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
