About the Role

The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the productivity and activities of financial advisors, assisting with sales paperwork, and managing back-office operations. This role involves engaging in marketing efforts and ensuring compliance with industry standards while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support advisor sales activities
• Execute on trade orders
• Process paperwork for annuities and life products
• Assist advisor and members with sales paperwork
• Lead execution of marketing strategy
• Maintain confidential member information

Requirements

• FINRA Securities Industry Essentials Examination required
• Associate degree in business or marketing or equivalent experience
• Excellent customer service and co-worker relationship skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience with SalesForce and Microsoft Office
• One year experience in related field
