About the Role

The RN Medical Office - Primary Care role involves delivering comprehensive patient care while adhering to the organization’s standards. This onsite position requires critical thinking and effective communication skills to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate care across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes.
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
• Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care.
• Evaluates learning needs of patient and/or family and provides patient/family education.
• Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary personnel.
• May precept student nurses and new hires.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered Nursing program.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
• Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience.
