About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department requirements and standards of practice. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you will provide personalized and compassionate care, being an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s).
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions and treatment plans.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipate needs.
• Ensure thorough and timely documentation of care administration.

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Registered Nurse.
• Associate Degree.
