Loan Operations Specialist II

About the Role

In this role, you will ensure accuracy on all loan records and documents while providing superior service to internal and external members. You will also perform loan maintenance for all loan types including recasts and payment adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily department demands and promote member satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of consumer loan criteria and Credit Union policies.
• Review current processes to identify and recommend updates.
• Perfect liens on various loan types with government agencies.
• Monitor compliance with regulations like MLA and SCRA.
• Perform complex research to resolve issues related to loan products.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six months customer service experience.
• Ability to build relationships and work in teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Multilingual capabilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus.
