As a Member Service Representative, you'll work in a fast-paced communications center helping our members achieve their financial goals. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills and build a career in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

• Learn about our members and understand their situations.
• Educate our members on the ways we can help them afford life.
• Process transactions like transfers and payments with courtesy and professionalism.
• Perform advanced transactions such as IRAs and wire transfers.
• Grow with us by immersing in financial industry trends and products.
• Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our members and your teammates.

Requirements

• Authentic and passionate about helping others.
• Comfortable and confident recommending financial products.
• Ability to work flexible hours from Monday through Saturday.
• Willingness to embrace change and innovate solutions.
• Multi-lingual capabilities, especially in Spanish, is a plus.
