Patient Care Technician - Medical

About the Role

In this role, you'll assist Registered Nurses in providing hands-on care while creating a safe and welcoming environment for patients. Your responsibilities include monitoring conditions and supporting the care team with daily needs such as mobility and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery
• Providing non-medicated care such as dressing changes and skin protection
• Keeping patient areas and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked
• Managing supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control
• Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant
• High School Graduate / GED
