Pastoral Care Manager

About the Role

This position supports the mission of HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge by caring for the needs of the whole person. The Pastoral Care Manager provides multi-faith pastoral support to patients, their families, and hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Administers, organizes, develops, plans, and supports pastoral care programs and services.
• Participates in multi-disciplinary committees including the hospital Ethics Committee.
• Collaborates in the development and implementation of hospital goals and mission.
• Models Sky Ridge values encompassing both patients and employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Master's degree in Divinity from an accredited seminary.
• 3+ years of experience in pastoral care.
