About the Role

This role entails planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on assessments to optimize outcomes. Nurses will collaborate across disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care and provide education to patients and their families based on their specific needs.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans
• Monitors, records, and communicates patient conditions
• Collaborates across disciplines for patient care coordination
• Provides patient and family education appropriate to circumstances
• Effectively delegates patient care to ancillary staff
• Requires critical thinking and decisive judgment.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 6 months nursing experience
