Licensed Practical Nurse

About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Wind Crest, you will develop relationships with residents and their families while providing care tailored to their physical, emotional, and clinical needs. You will assess and document residents' clinical conditions and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal care and support.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and their families.
• Assess, observe, and evaluate residents' clinical conditions.
• Update or modify care plans as needed.
• Administer medications accurately and timely.
• Participate in clinical meetings regarding resident outcomes.
• Supervise and lead care associates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred.
• Licensed by Colorado as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• Passion for caring for seniors and advocacy for residents.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
